The East Surburban Area

The East Suburban area of Colorado Springs consists of acres of rolling hills and broad vistas. This is the area where you can have a home site that consists of 5-500 acres and still be downtown in 30 minutes. You can have your home on the range and raise horses, cattle or just your spirits with the panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains.

This area is very conveniently located for those stationed at Peterson and Schriever Air Force Bases.

The major communities of the East Suburban Area are Falcon, Peyton and Calhan. Calhan is the home of the El Paso County Fair and reflects the rural atmosphere that living in the East Suburban Area offers while still being close to the city amenities. Also conveniently located in this area is the Meadowlake Airport for private planes where you can also have a runway to your home!
